MANAGING DIRECTOR

Direct the daily activities of the theatre’s administration and finance staff while managing and advancing the welfare and vitality of the institution through strategic planning, education and marketing. Build effective team to facilitate existing policies and seek creative alternatives to help ensure long-term financial sustainability. Lead and function effectively in a close-knit team environment with superb personal skills in order to manage budget, administration and operations areas. 5 years minimum management experience.
