ADDITIONAL CLASSES

Special Seminar – Fees and class size vary according to workshop
Special seminars will be offered at various times throughout the year. Utilizing a master-class format and instructed by specialists, these intensive sessions will provide opportunities to study very specific areas of theatre performance. Some titles may include: stage combat, voice & movement technique for the stage, fencing and stage make-up.

Civic Theatre Audition Preparation – FREE, No Limit
These abbreviated and informational courses will provide the interested actor with the tools necessary to prepare to audition for a specific production being featured on Civic’s mainstage. Conducted by each show’s artistic staff, the sessions will be offered one week prior to the actual audition date and will feature detailed information* and training that may help you secure a role on our mainstage!

*Attendees will receive some actual audition material in advance and have the opportunity to see the audition space.
