Administrative Office Hours – Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in general. Please call 317/923-4597 to confirm reception.

Box Office Hours at the Palladium – Monday-Friday, 10 am to 6 pm; on show days and weekends, the box office will be open for 2 hours before curtain of each performance.

Cameras & Recorders – Any use of photographic or recording equipment inside the auditorium is strictly prohibited.

Elevator – Located in the Tarkington lobby. Please ask an usher for directions or for special needs assistance.

Latecomer Policy – Performances generally begin promptly as scheduled. To avoid disturbing other patrons or the show’s performers, latecomers will be seated in the auditorium at the discretion of management and may take their assigned seats only at intermission. Please note that closed-circuit viewing of the production is available in the mezzanine lobby.

Ticket Exchanges – You may exchange your tickets for another date of the same show, give them to someone else, or simply return them for a tax-deductible contribution to the Theatre. Ticket exchanges must be made by phone, in person, by mail or by fax at least 24 hours in advance of your show date and may incur a fee.

Lost and Found – Please contact Security at (317) 573-6799 for lost items.

Restrooms – Men’s and women’s facilities are located in the lobby of the Tarkington.

Sound Enhancement & Accessibility – The Tarkington is accessible to physically challenged patrons. Please request wheelchair seating when ordering tickets. Individual assisted listening devices to amplify stage dialogue are available at the box office next to the Studio Theater. Signed performances will be offered for each Mainstage production on the 2nd Saturday of the run.
